Not All Cross Province Transactions Are Fraudulent

The GBA Story
Over the summer I wanted to reduce the clutter in my home by selling off anything I didn't use.  One of those items was a Nintendo Gameboy Advance (GBA). I put the posting up on Kijiji and within a few hours I get a call in regards to the posting. The man sounded old and went on about how he had to have it and asked all sorts of questions about the condition of the item, how long it runs for, could I do it for $5 less, etc. It was as if he was beating around the bush so I asked when can you come pick it up.

This is where it starts to become a lot like some sort of scam.

Classified For Sale Scams And Preventions

I have used all sorts of different free classified systems and Craigslist takes the crown when it comes to the number of email scams/cons I get.

How The Scam Works
If you've ever used Craigslist you should be familiar with the fraudulent cheque scams.  They usually begin with a variation of a poorly worded and often grammatically incorrect email asking the every famous and redundant question. "Is the item still available?"

Natural light can be a beautiful sight to wake up too.  Imagine a bedroom in the attic with sky lights all around.

Water Conservation Faucet Limited to 1 Litre

When considering a faucet for your bathroom or kitchen put water conservation in mind.  Not only will you save the environment by using less water but you'll also save money on your water bill.  Here's a great conceptual design for a faucet that is both modern and eco friendly.

Modern Bedroom Design

Interesting take on a bedroom design.  The designer could have easily turned the entire wall into a panoramic window or used larger windows but instead chose to use smaller windows and storage areas.

Modern bedroom design.

Bedroom & Pool Room Combined

You'd have to be a big fan of swimming to do something this extreme.  The temptation to pee in the pool is as great is jumping into that fluffy bed after a good swim.  Definitely will be needing the clap on lights or a remote light control as I don't think you'll be able to reach the light switch from that bed.

Try not to pee in the pool when you wake up.
